Jaw Crusher

Jaw crusher is composed of bracket, jaw, eccentric shaft, jaw plate, spring, etc. The maximum compression strength of materials to be crushed is 320MPA. PE series jaw crusher is commonly used for primary crushing, and PEX series is used for secondary crushing and fine crushing.

Ball Mill

 Ball mill is a key equipment to grind the crushed materials, and the ball mill is widely used in powder-making production line including cement, silicate, new-type building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ore dressing of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, glass ceramics, etc. Besides, it can grind various ores and other materials with dry type and wet type. There are two kinds of ball mill, grate type and overflow type due to different ways of discharging material.

Spiral Classifier

Spiral Classifier is a machine that is primarily used to classify the slimes (fines) from a coarser, sandy sized material. According to the difference in sedimentation rate of mineral particles and mud, the particle sizes of ores with 1.5mm-0.03mm are classified. Waste mud or water for ore sand can be separated from the ores. It’s also usually applied to ore washing, desliming and dehydration and so on.

Centrifugal Concentrator

Centrifugal Concentrator is a new type of gravity concentration equipment for concentrating gold and other high density minerals. It is usually used for roughing separation during the gold separation flowchart to recover most of the useful minerals and get rid of most of the barren rocks. 

Shaking Table

The mineral processing shaking table is a type of gravity separation machine employed for the separation with the fine materials. It could continuously sort concentrate ore, second-grade ore and tailings. It is applied in roughing, cleaning and scavenging for dressing coarse sand (2-0.5mm), fine sand (0.5-0.074mm), pulp (0.074mm).

Smelting Furnace

Smelting Furnace is mainly used for melting scrap copper, brass, bronze, aluminum, gold, silver, zinc, iron, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, gold ore, copper ore, other nonferrous metals, ferrous metals and metal alloys.It is the heat treatment prior to forging, sintering and hot rolling in casting and melting industries. The melting furnace capacity is normally from 1kg to 150kg.
