This alluvial gold diamond processing plant is suitable for the screening/washing/separating of placer gold, alluvial gold and diamonds. It is a good mineral processing plant with simple operation, high recovery rate and low maintenance cost.

Operation Description
Feed raw ore into GRIZZLY FEEDING HOPPER with a excavator, large stones are prevented from entering by GRIZZLY, and small pieces of material and sand enter into TROMMEL.
Through the operation of TROMMEL and the flushing of high-pressure water, large materials are discharged from the tail of TROMMEL and sent to a remote place by the conveyor belt for stacking. Small materials FINE ORE are discharged under the bottom of TROMMEL and transported to the centrifuge for processing through STEEL CHUTE/STEEL PIPES.
The tailings from the centrifuge flow to the SLUICE BOX, and the GRASS MAT in the SLUICE BOX captures and collects the useful ore. The GOLD CONCENTRATES from the centrifuge will be separated again by SHAKING TABLE. It is that removes impurities to get more pure GOLD CONCENTRATES.

We design the processing flowchart as below:
1. Excavator feeds material directly to grizzly feeder hopper. The grizzly blocked 70mm stone.Smaller ore material and placer enter into the trommel.
2. Trommel with one screen,size is 6mm:Through the operation of trommel and the flushing of high-pressure water, large materials of smaller than 70mm but bigger than 6mm are discharged from the tail of trommel and delivered by the conveyor belt, Smaller than 6mm fine ores are discharged under the bottom of trommel and transported to the centrifuge for processing through steel chute.
3.Centrifuge:Fine ores enter into centrifugal concentrator.Under centrifugal force function,light fine gold and non ores discharge with water to sluice box,fine golds are captured by gold carpet in the sluice box.Heavy gold run along cone and sediment in the bottom,flow to the further concentrator shaking table by pipe.Through centrifuge,we can get high grade fine gold.
4.Shaking table: above 90%grade fine gold will be processed again by shaking table.By the gold and non minerals go to shaking table for concentration, also use two stages shaking table for getting higher concentration effect.
5.V shape amalgamation barrel:After front separation,we get free gold.At this step, add mercury,fine gold concentrates in propotion into V shape amalgamation barrel.Mercury collects free gold,finally volitilize under heating.This gold without any oxide,if oxide,small ball mill need to grind surface oxide and continue previous procedure.
6.Gold smelting furnace:Smelting gold with crucible under high temperature,dump into a shaped mold to get a complete piece gold.
