A Tin Coltan Heavy Minerals Concentrating Plant is specifically engineered to exploit subtle differences in physical properties – primarily density – to achieve high-purity separations.

We design the processing flowchart as below:
1. Coarse crushing: The raw ore is evenly fed into the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for preliminary crushing.
2. Fine crushing: Coarsely crushed material is transported by belt conveyor to the fine jaw crusher for further size reduction to target particle size.
3. Grinding & Classification: Crushed material enters the ball mill through a vibration feeder for grinding into slurry. The spiral classifier separates qualified particles (overflow) from sands (returned to ball mill).
4. Magnetic Separating: Slurry pass through the magnetic separator to separate magnetic minerals and non-magnetic minerals.
5. Gravity Concentration: The slurry of non-magnetic minerals by the sand pump enters gravity separation equipment (e.g., spiral separator and shaking table) where heavy minerals are concentrated based on density differences.
We supply the full equipments of the tin coltan heavy minerals concentrating plant.
