Working Principle

The main motor drives the spindle to rotate at a high speed through the triangle belt, and the hammer pin is uniformly connected to the spindle. With the high-speed rotation of the spindle, the bulk material enters the crusher through the grate cooler and collides with the high-speed rotating hammerhead. When the crushed material is less than the screen gap, it is discharged from the discharge outlet, and the material larger than the screen gap continues to be broken, so as to complete the whole crushing process of the material.
