We designed the processing flowchart as below:

1. Raw Material Preparation: Raw Ore is extracted by an Excavator and fed into the process.

2. Coarse crushing: Ore is uniformly fed via a Vibration Feeder into a Jaw Crusher for coarse crushing.

3. Fine crushing: Coarsely crushed material is transported by belt conveyor to the double roller crusher for further size reduction to target particle size.

4. Washing and sieving: The fine ore enters a Rotary Scrubber for hydraulic scrubbing to remove surface clay and impurities, and separates the cleaned ore into different sizes for use in a different area. 

5. Gravity Separation: Finely crushed ore(≤6mm) is fed into a Jig Machine to separate manganese minerals from gangue via density differences. 

6. Magnetic Separation: Gravity-separated product enters a Wet Magnetic Separator,outputs High-Grade Manganese Concentrates.
