The small jaw crusher is mainly used for crushing and sample preparation in laboratories. It is a new generation of crushing equipment suitable for both coarse and fine crushing of raw materials. It can crush materials of different hardness, such as coal, gangue, coke, limestone, pyrite, and phosphate rock. The crushing method is a swing and squeeze type. The size of the crushed material should be less than 10-60mm of the selected model's feed opening size. The compressive strength of the crushed material should not exceed 100MPa.

This series of products has a complete range of specifications, with a feeding particle size of 125 to 750mm. The jaw plates can be made of white cast iron, high manganese steel, or wear-resistant alloys. Electric motor or diesel engine drive options can also be provided according to the specific requirements of customers.
