This is a Lead Zinc Ore Beneficiation Plant. This plant is a typical beneficiation technology for lead-zinc ore.
After two-stages of crushing by jaw crushers, the raw ore enters a closed-circuit grinding system composed of a ball mill and a spiral classifier to be ground to a fineness suitable for flotation. The ground pulp undergoes one flotation process to initially separate useful minerals from gangue. The foam product of the concentrate is then subjected to a second flotation treatment, ultimately obtaining qualified concentrate products.

We design the processing flowchart as below:
1. The vibrating feeder feeds the raw ore evenly and continuously into the PE jaw crusher.
2. the PE jaw crusher performs the initial crushing, breaking large pieces of ore into medium particle size.
3. The PEX jaw crusher further crushes the coarse-crushed ore to a particle size suitable for subsequent grinding.
4. Crushed material enters the ball mill through a vibration feeder for grinding into slurry. The spiral classifier separates qualified particles (overflow) from sands (returned to ball mill).
5. The mixing tank thoroughly mixes the qualified pulp after classification with the flotation reagents to prepare for flotation.
6. Carry out the first flotation operation. Based on the difference in floatability of lead-zinc minerals, under the action of reagents, the target minerals (lead and zinc) adhere to the bubbles to form foam (concentrate), while gangue minerals remain in the pulp.
7. The crude concentrate is subjected to secondary flotation to obtain high-grade lead-zinc concentrate products.
